Once the sun sets, the top of the pergola opens so that you can enjoy the breeze.

Everything is so perfect, you might not want to leave because of the view of Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti islands in the distance. If you want, we can stock the bar up with your favorite drinks before you arrive.

Deep sleep and relaxation on the lower level

Every member of your party or family can sleep as long as they want or enjoy much-deserved peace in one of the four huge bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Situated on the level below, the four bedrooms provide maximum comfort and privacy from the living areas, kitchen, and penthouse outdoor whirlpool. Two of the bathrooms feature both a bathtub and a luxurious rainfall shower, while the remaining two are equipped exclusively with invigorating rainfall showers.

The house was built away from the road and hidden from view with a large Mediterranean garden. The underground garage has an elevator straight to your apartment for maximum privacy and comfort.

Outdoor whirlpool you can swim in

Enjoy the best of both worlds – therapy benefits of the spa, and a good swim, as five large swim jets create a steady flow of water over the entire width of the swim spa allowing you to swim with your head comfortably above water. Of course, you can switch on the massaging jets and enjoy aromatherapy.
